Has anyone seen the movie The Break-up with Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston? Anyways in the movie Jennifer wears a gold leaf necklace designed by Jennifer Meyer. My ex LOVED this necklace so as a surprise I finally purchased it for her. It was a little over $700!! I gave it to her the week before we broke up.... How ironic is that.... I bought her the necklace from the movie The Break-up and soon thereafter we broke up..... Kinda funny when I think about it.....

It's very ironic that she left you right after getting that necklace though, lol. Did she ever give you the engagement ring back? I am glad my ex did.

My previous post sets the stage for how we broke up, but I left something out. The week before she was supposed to visit me during my work related trip, I stopped by a specialty store and purchased a "Rabbit" adult toy (~100) for her, for when I was away. She broke up with me the day after I gave it to her...I can't believe that I spent the money on a bzzzz for my ex.
outspoken Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 boy is this going to be an interesting forum for me to be on. i love the broken mirror saying only wish it was that simple. why does it seem it usaally is right after you do something to really show how much you love them they stick you? not to take away from your thread with going on with my own story i gave up everything for my ex, from my business to my family and including i gave her all of my money then one day she called me while i was at work and tried telling me i had two weeks to move(with no money and two pitbulls and my 50 gallon fish tank) when it was my money that got us in our new place together, and when i would not leave she tried the ppo trick to get me out of our house. this two months before we were getting married. i did get the ring and i still have the house. am i bitter yeah i guess i am. so through out alot of conseling i figured out i had to let my bitterness out somehow. so check this out i started an online store called outspoken graphics my very first shirt said i gave her all of my love and all of my dough and all i got was this ppo i think it is time men get one back. check my shirt out and let me know what you think you can find it at http://outspokengraphics.com in the men with scars section.
