starting2realize Posted May 12, 2007 Posted May 12, 2007 I posted here the other day about my crappy ordeal that I let happen to me and I let my emotions run my senses!!! I couldn't leave will enough alone, so in my messed up state I thought revenge was in order. So I did something very stupid and it backfired! Now I feel worse than ever and think that she now hates me and that I have destroyed any good memories she will ever have of me! I never wanted this, but let my emotions run away with me. If you are considering revenge on your ex, DON'T DO IT!!! You will only add to your misery and healing will take that much longer! Now not only do I have the way I was done to deal with... I have what I did to deal with and it makes this that much harder to move on!!!! I thought I could handle it better if she hated me, but It sucks more because I would have rather been remembered for the GREAT times we shared!!! :(

If he can put up with constant lies and past cheating, I guess he is a better man than me and I am not afraid to admit it. I think he is working it out with her, hence how it backfired. It was so out of character for me and I feel pretty low, so please no flaming!

HAHAHA CLASSIC! you want a woman that lies!!! U truely are a legend among men, fair play in standing up and admitting it. and also thank you for the lesson on no revenge!

But it came back on me because I feel a lot worse than I would have walking away. I guess the saying is somewhat true...It takes a sorry woman to bring a good man down. Nothing against the females here, could be a sorry man bringing a good woman down too. Just seeking some comfort on this forum, that's all.

In the end she wasn't yours to have anyhow.. Learn from this and make a better decision next time you get in a relationship.. Nobody is perfect.. including her and him wanting to work on their relationship instead of dumping her is really a good thing.. it goes to show that you really didn't have a chance in the end wnyhow.. Sorry your hurting.. Take some of that hurt and put it into something good..
