just my 2 cents:

 

she is probably interested - but she is taken - therefore she is flattered but torn and wants to do the right thing.

 

sit tight for a bit - and if she truly is interested - she will leave the other guy and e-mail you for a get together. she knows you are interested - so just wait it out.

 

Dont wait sitting on your hands. Look for another one.

 

If she would be interested enough, she would go out with you despite her boyfriend only to get to know you better and then to decide.

 

You can lie a bit...giving her excuse...."Lets go out as friends, nothing serious" and be prepared to drop it once she realizes she is better with you or drop it and leave if she wont fall for you or remain friends. Meanwhile be open to other options. Dont obsess about her.

 

Or you can go and beat the cr@p out of silly boyfriend of hers and marry her:D
