Yes it would be nice to PM although at the moment I am trying to blank him out of my head, I figure giving him thoughts gives him power....like the chocolate bar...go away for half an hour if you still want it as much after half an hour give yourself another fifteen minutes wait, if after fifteen you still want it as much then have it. Most times you still want it but not as much. Its like a drug you just have to deny yourself until the withdrawal fades. My opinion anyway, not that I'm much good at putting it into practice. But like Slimming World advocates, if you have a bad day forget it and start the next day back fresh.
