I guess you have to spend some time at any forum to get a real feel for it though. I really just need someone to be accountable to, ya know? Like a little group or something. I usually have a trainer - it motivates me to work really hard in between sessions - but I don't want to front the cost at my new gym right now.

I know what you mean. It is hard to motivate yourself to stay on top of your exercising. Try the one that TB suggested or google/yahoo search some more. That is all that I can contribute to your thread.
