Hi all, I desperately need some advice on what to do. I'm 21, male, and I'm currently in university, and severely lack experience with pursuing girls.

I've just recently met this girl who I find attractive and we've talked a few times and she seems very nice. She's in the same course and year level as me, but we don't really see each other much at all during the week (maybe once a week) due to the nature of the course. Anway, I met her through hanging out with her group of friends just last weekend.

Now I don't know what the best way is to proceed from here. I was thinking I could go and find her during lunch time this week and ask if she'd like to join me for lunch. Is this too soon and too forward? Or is it good to show my intentions as early as possible? And is it too much to ask if she would like a lift home as well?

My main concern is that I don't want to screw up a potential friendship with her and the new group of people I met. It might get awkward for me to hang out with her friendship group if she ends up being not interested in me. How should I go about it so that I can try and attract her early on and not fall into the friendship zone, yet still have the ability to remain friends with her and her friends if she turns me down?

I hope I'm making sense.

Gah, I really don't know what I'm expecting advice on, just everything I guess.

Please, any advice will help.
