I have running legs & can't slim the inners. I wear a size 3 in jeans so I'm not huge. I'd like to tone them but nothing is working.

 

Anyone ideas because lunges, running, and walking isn't working.:mad::(:(

I'll try to explain this as best as I can without a photo illustration.

 

Put on ankle weights. Lay on your side with your legs straightened and your torso propped up on your elbow. Bend your top leg and keep your foot flat on the floor with your toes pointing forward so that your toes on the one foot make a right angle with your straightened leg. Raise and lower your straightened leg with your foot flexed, maybe like 3 reps of 10 or something to start. Use a mat or it'll kill your hip bone.

I have the same problem. My legs are fine except my inner thighs need toned. Where do you get ankle weights? I didn't know these existed but now I want some.

Girl, you can't tone them cos there is nothing to tone!!!

I am just jealous. I am wobbling all over the place after my holiday back home with my BF. All my clothes are tight from three weeks of big boozy family dinners, and no exercise.

 

Contentment is great, but at least when I was miserable I was thin...:p

 

Been for a run today tho, gonna banish them wobbly bits!

I have done my 60 minutes today, had salad for dinner, poached egg for lunch and fruit for breakfast, no wine, no chocolate, :mad: .

 

Wonderboy says he loves me and would rather I was happy, but I am not happy when my jeans are tight...

I started eating less too. Had fast food for lunch :o:o so now I'm done for the day. Maybe salad for dinner but that's it.

 

I don't eat junk food/pop/nothing (except today). It helps.

No point freaking or obsessing about it- I know what to do. I am usually very physically active, and am pretty close to my ideal weight, so getting back into a routine should sort it out within a couple of weeks. I don't eat junk food either, but I do like wine...
