If it was Brad Pitt I would Smile ...then choke..hold my throat and pretend to faint. Anything to get him to come over and try to 'rescue' me with CPR YEAH BABAY :love: :love: :love: lol

 

No but really I genuinely smile at EVERYONE that i come across. How does the saying go? " Don't frown for a second because you never know who could be falling in love with your smile :) " aweeeeeee (:rolleyes: )

Culture demands... I live in Paris and when I first arrived I smiled and made eye contact. A smile and a nod = hello in the UK but in France you actually say hello 'bonjour' but Parisians don't usually smile except as a sign of amusement. My looking at people and smiling was greeted with confused fear by women and children and confused embarassement by men.

 

A certain type of smile/look is universal 'helloooo how you doin'?' but that aside I've learnt (sadly) to be a little more conservative with the smiles I bestow on complete strangers...
