I don't fully understand what you have written but enough to tell you to get away from this person forever and seek immediate counseling. If you can't afford a counselor, see a social worker or member of the clergy in your area to discuss your feelings.

 

Get whatever help you need to get away from this person forever. It simply isn't worth destroying yourself to be in the presence of someone who causes you so much misery.

Keep your dignity. Hold your head high and walk away. I think you have a baby (?), so you owe it to your child to try to provide a more healthy lifestyle. If not, you owe it to yourself. If you have the family support, go back to school and get some form of diploma or degree, so you have the potential for a real future by being self-sufficient.

 

It may be too late for rape and battery charges if you don't have bodily evidence or witnesses. If he ever tries this again, throw the book at him. Don't forgive this man and take him back. The best revenge is to move on and better yourself to the point where you leave him so far behind, he can't even begin to catch you.
