So for about a month and a half now, I've been hanging out with a group of friends and began to notice a very attractive girl in this group, she went through a breakup, and I know her ex-boyfriend and he was a douche, besides the point, I can tell she might be interested in me because we've been hanging out and talking, flirting, etc, a lot

how would you guys start if you were me?

I think it's too soon to start anything, your best bet is to just keep getting to know her, see what you have in common, grow a friendship first.
