For example: Hello, my name is (blank). My only intentions are to (blank). Now, in the event that (blank) occurs, then (blank) and (blank)..Now, there are some stipulations to (blank) ........you get the picture...lol

Now in the event that you display that you are anything less than what I want out of you, I will leave you and never come back. Now some stipulations to this are that you will forget that I ever gave this disclosure, because if you ever remembered this, you would never keep me around.
