Well I've been in a ldr since november last year, things are going great, we love each other. talk to each other every dayand see each other every 2-4 weeks which is pretty good!! But, I have ibs which when I am not with him is really mild, pretty much non existant.

But every time I see him it becomes really bad and I'm not the same around him, have tried various supplements but nothing is much of a help :( the spasming means that I feel sick etc which erm puts you off pretty much everything, just want to curl in a corner. I don't know what to do. I love him but I hate the pain. He says that they are withdrawel symptoms (haha) or psychological, but even if they are, what should I do?

Whether they be psychological or not, you need to talk to your physician about it. He/she might possibly recommend you talk to a therapist, though. You could have some sort of anxiety issue that can be dealt with in order to stop the pain while you are around him, which is definately important if you care so much about him.
