kel30 Posted April 15, 2007 Posted April 15, 2007 Hi, I don't want to bore you all with this silly story once again but any input will be appreciated I dated this guy for a year and a half and since February the phone calls/texts have slowed down considerably. We only got together 3 times this year and since this is a person I talked on the phone a lot, saw him at least 2 times a week for the whole past year, I thought it was sort of strange that all of a sudden things were like that. My gut feeling told me to go NC just to see what would happen, so I did. He kept texting once in a while to say hi, Happy Easter and things like that and when I replied (not always), did it politely and not involving any feelings. Today I got a message saying "Thought I'd send ya a message, see how ur doin...I'm excited my mom is coming to town this weekend so we're gonna hang out pretty much all weekend, but i was thinkin if you're available next week maybe we can get together, what do ya think? miss ya" I just wonder if I should ever see this guy again. I know everything feels like I'm in a "gray area" since we never really discussed the relationship. And the last time we talked about that he said he wanted to put his life in order, finish college this year. I heard that before.. and I got the impression that it means he needed time apart, so he could do whatever he wants to, like partying his life away or whatever that means. But in the meantime, he keeps wanting to meet once in a while. I would appreciate if he would call to, instead of just sending messages! Any ideas? Guys? Thanks and have a great day!
DaVinche Posted April 15, 2007 Posted April 15, 2007 hey, sounds like you guys realy need to talk and see if you relationship ambitions match up, if you r happy with the way things are going then fine but if you need clarity then i would suggest chatting to c wat both of you want.
