Is there something she is interested in doing that she has never done before?

Skydiving, art classes, anything like that?

Or you could get her a day of beauty -- at a spa - with massages, manicure, pedicure, etc. Make her feel like a Queen for a day -- to let her know she is your Queen everyday.

If you go with the day of beauty - I'd also be kicking in with help for her for a month if not a year -- you put her through the ringer and she deserves a lot of extras for sticking with you through all of that.

Island girl's idea is good. A pampering day at the spa is any woman's friend! Usually, they have special packages to purchase for that sord of thing, it might include a massage and facial, etc.

Maybe start the day with breakfast in bed. Are there any household things that she tends to a lot more than you? Maybe start doing a couple of those things more often. Also, if you could arrange for the children to spend the night somewhere else for a night, it would be romantic to greet her one evening with a candle light dinner and romantic music...ultimately take every opportunity to tell her how wonderful you think she is.
