Hi everyone! I haven't been on here for a while now and since than alot has happened for me personally. I've gone through a nasty breakup in the last 6 months or so and I can say I got through it and Im very happy now and it's the best thing to happen for me although I couldn't see it back than. Anyway, he's not the reason Im here. I'm here cos I'm ready to move on with someone new now and I have my eye on this guy I met a couple of years ago. He comes into work a few times a week and we've got to know each other well enough. When I first met this guy I found we had so much in common and really enjoyed his company when he was around me. To cut a long story short, valentines day just gone I got a secret admirer rose sent to work and I'm 95% sure he sent it. I'm sure because of a few things that add up that happened in the days leading up to valentines and how he's been around me since when he comes in to say gday at work. Well, I can't get this guy outa my head and I really want to ask him out however I've never asked someone out before and the thought of doing it is all a bit nerving. I figure that Ive got nothing to lose if he did say no, so why not. Anyway, Im interested in a guys opinion on a girl asking them out. Would they be flattered especially if they were a bit keen on the girl asking? Im pretty excited about doing it which has surprised me a bit. If anyone has got and advice on how to approach him to ask please let me know.

Cheers All:rolleyes:

Guys love it when women ask them out.

It sounds like this guy is very keen on you and will be thrilled if you take that step, don't be scared, just go for it!

I'm not sure how you should broach it as that depends on what you want to do with him, I think asking him to a specific "thing" is your best bet.
