an inch of penis. Not literally, but the base of the penis becomes covered by fat and is out of commission, if you know what I mean. Something to think about.

This is true, actually. But I heard that the weight of the belly pulls the penis up into the abdomen.

 

Very unattractive.

i did some contract work recently in the urology department of a large hospital.

 

one of the cases i came across was an obese man in his 40s who had a 'disappearing penis'. his penis was small, i understand, to begin with. but he had a high level of adiposity (fat) on the suprapubic region and the abdominal wall, meaning he didn't actually have enough visible penis to hold onto when he urinated, therefore he was unable to manually control the direction of his flow.

 

he was referred by the urology consultant to a plastic surgeon to consider removal of the fat from the pubic bone (liposuction, i assume) and advised to lose considerable weight - but even then the prognosis was only that his penis might become 'slightly visible'.

 

the man had undergone major CABG surgery (coronary artery bypass graft) last year and claimed his penis only started disappearing after that. a vein in his leg had apparently been used for the graft and the patient believed this process had started the penile retraction. fascinating stuff.

Yes. Very. You learn something new everyday, I guess. I hope the men out there aren't going to get a paranoid complex about this.

Of course they're going to get a paranoid complex about this. It's penis related. We all know how men are with their penises.
