luvtoto Posted April 8, 2007 Posted April 8, 2007 Ok, I have a confession to make. I am online dating again. I am a total friggin' hypocrite. Just yesterday I posted a pic and a paragraph. I got plenty of emails, but one was from a man that I recognized right away. He was my son's baseball coach last year. He's single?? He's drop dead friggin' gorgeous!!! His best feature is his broad chest. When I talked with him last year, he didn't seem interested in me. I didn't have the slightest clue he was even single. So, I didn't give him a second look. Well, maybe a couple..haha! I just figured he was way out of my league, anyways. Anyways, he emails me. Introduces himself, tells me how beautiful I am and how he would like to get to know me better. We've emailed each other non-stop since. Long emails, too. He is very interested in me. What the hell? Why does he have the nerve to approach me online, but not in person? DON'T GET ME WRONG, I AM NOT COMPLAINING! I am just trying to understand it. IRL, men rarely approach me. I'm thinkin'..I must be #1: underestimating myself. And #2: in person, I must carry myself in a way that is not approachable. Hmmm....

I often have thought that I should only have 3 month relationships : the fun part, before all the real life crap comes into play !!! Who knows, maybe HE didn't know YOU were single, maybe he was dating somone at the time. Whatever the case, just enjoy the experience !
