Just letting those of you who hate doing weights at the gym,I started watching the show Body Sculpt with Gilad last Sept. and ended up with really good slimming and toning results. I lost 25 lbs. and really toned, from doing the show 4 times a week. On Sunday there is a 60 minute show, I do that sometimes too. I just tape a whole bunch of shows with DVR. You do need weights, I use 8 pound ones for the "heavy weights" and also 3 and 5 pound ones.

Gilad is really motivating and funny, too, so it keeps you motivated.
