I've notice when I do have a chance to go to the gym, it relieves my stress and frustration and I feel almost like a new woman. What other ways can I deal with stress and frustration at work and in my daily life?

Massage from a reputable spa, an occasional drink, take a vacation. Confiding in your friends and family can also go a long way, because you are able to vent. Good luck!
