Okay, so here's the background: I'm in a long distance relationship (which alone means stress, right?), and I've been together with my BF now for 3 months. In a couple days I'm scheduled to fly back home (I've been at his home in Germany, and I live in NH, USA). I know that once I get there, I'm going to be hurting, emotionally, and stressed, and the works, because of being away from him. I also know, from past experience, that when I get like that, I don't eat, at all, or very little, and it's not healthy. Generally if I do eat, I feel sick... so, does anyone have any advice as to what I could eat which would be gentle on my stomach, and healthy? I try to eat banana's, they tend to be easy on my stomach, but I know I can't live off banana's alone. Any advice?

I am happy that you found yourself a BF, but do you feel that having stress, hurting emotionally, and not eating right is worth having an LDR?

Yes. It's not a perminent thing, just kinda a "transition" thing, the first few weeks (or months), that I'm apart from him. We've been together for almost 2.5 years now... LDR isn't easy, but it's getting easier the more I get "used to" the coming and going... I don't know, it's just the eating thing that bothers me....
