the_pope Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 The girl I am seeing lives 2 1/2 - 3 hours away (about 160 miles) and I see her every weekend for two whole days and nights. We've been together nearly two months. Is this, by anybodys definition, a long distance relationship? I'm not sure how to define it. I know this is a less than serious post, but I'm just curius how this is perceived.
sb129 Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Yes it is. My BF lives the same distance away and we see eachother most weekends. Its a LDR.
catrocks Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 I think it can be classed as long distance - although my fiancé used to live 100ish miles away and we saw each other every weekend and I never thought of it as long distance then. Now we're thousands of miles apart it definitely is. But I think each person would define it differently. So I'd say yes, even though when I was in that situation it wasn't.... if you know what I mean, I'm not very clear today lol
Rikka Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 I would agree that it is long distance. Not as distancy as it could be, but there is still a distance
