jbizzle Posted March 20, 2007 Posted March 20, 2007 i need some advice and it would be good to hear from some ladies. so up until a week and a half ago i was talking to this girl on the phone all the time and online and occasionally seeing her at school. Most of the time she called me. We never actually hung out bc at the time she had softball plus work plus school so it was hard. i wish i wouldve asked her out on a date. I mean i pretty much did i asked her to a movie but she pretty much flaked on me and said she was tired, but maybe the way i asked was just as friends i dont..anyways about a weak and half ago she asked me for this guy's number for her "friend" thats in high school. well that was a lie bc i caught it last night when she IMed me and she apologized for lieing to me and yadda yadda ya...and then she said it was for her best friend and well that was a lie bc she originally said it was for this girl in high school. And well i caught it n stuff and blasted her on it..and then she tried to make me feel guilty by saying shes full of lies and all this...didnt work. well now the guy i kno and her r talking and most likely going to hook up which sucks bc i really liked that girl and the guy knew it bc he was my roommate when we went on a road trip for baseball. everyone on the team knew it...i was trying to get to kno her n all but i guess i was just too slow w/ things. I really like this girl still but as of now i dont talk to her bc it would make me seem needy and desperate and thats not what i want to do. I also dont wanna b a cockblocker bc i kno how that feels. I felt like the guy i kno blocked me and in away he did. My question for the y'all is if i still like her is it wise to cut off contact bc she is talkin to another guy or should i continue w/ the silent treatment? I espacially want a girls percpective on this bc they can better relate to the girl of course. If u ladies were in her shoes and u knew a guy #1 liked u yet u were talking to guy #2 would u want guy #1 to still b friends with u? I just dont kno wat to do. I dont wanna put out the vibe of being needy bc i pretty much did that already, which i regret. but at the same time if i cut off contact then our friendship is dwn the tube and a relationship in the future w/ her wouldnt b possible. Now of course shes not the only girl and im not the type of guy to dwell on 1 girl u kno? but i do like her a great deal. BTW im a college sophmore and her and the guy r freshman at my college.
