went from 155-105lbs after my divorce 5 years ago.... and I'm 5'8".

Met my most recent ex at 115lbs- then we broke up and I went back down to 102lbs at one point.

The break up diet works- I weigh less now than I did when I was 11 years old.

SUCKS TO BE ME

It has been awhile since my last breakup, but I did lose a tremendous amount of weight. I was overweight to start with from my last baby (who was two at the time and I was 36 when he was born) and weighed about 165. Three months into breakup-land I weighed 130. After continual stalking for a year and a half, I bottomed out at 112. I'm 5'5, but have a large frame for my size and everyone was very concerned. My friends said I was looking like a bobble-head in my size 3 jeans. My shoulders and ribs are quite prominent for my height.

My ex died nearly three years ago, so my stalking ended and I regained some weight and settled at 125 for about 18 months. I had found a new love and the pounds began creeping up along with my increased happiness. I now weigh 138 and need to get back to that nice 125 I loved so much. I wouyld be happy with a 10 pound loss.

Why does my happiness have to weigh so much?

The breakup diet is the best weight loss program I have ever used. Not healthy, but good losses!
