Loxley Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 Hey guys, I've gotten into a bit of a situation I've never really been in before.. I've met a girl that I really really like, I'm 19 and she's 17. We met up on Friday, and since then, the only day we haven't hung out is last Monday.. today is Thursday. We've been making out a lot, and really share a passion for one another. Here's the thing.. Since we've shared such a strong bond so quickly, I'm wondering when would be the right time to consider ourselves in an actual relationship? I don't want to rush things, but we've gotten together so well, I cant' help but feel it's inevitable. I realize that we gotta talk about it.. but what do you recommend I say or do? Also, that being said.. is it ever alright to say "I love you" before we agree that we are in a real relationship? I honestly think I love her, it's kind of wierd being so fast, but I know we both feel a good connection.. so would saying that come off the wrong way if we haven't officially declared we're in a relationship yet? Thanks for the advice!
kimberlyk Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 Don't kill it before it's happened...give it some time, you have only known her for a few days, so don't do anything silly. It seems to me that you are letting your hormones get the best of you. She is only 17 and that is very young. Get to know her first before you do anything stupid...you have plenty of time!
beangirl46 Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 I agree with kimberlyk. You are so young. Don't rush it-- You and she both have so much time! You sound so sweet and sincere-- I hope that sincerity flowers into something great. Take it slow so that might happen!
