shakenandstirred Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 Hi Guys, Been reading these threads again..Go figure. I find that a lot a women have affairs with their bosses. Is it the fact that he is a figure of authority and success? Is it that she is trying to move up in the company using her feminine wiles? While her unsuspecting boyfriend or husband is at work or home, she's out philandering with her boss. The same goes for men too who seem to want to have extracurricular activities with their female co workers or secretaries. Whatever the reason, it's a low blow to the relationship. Then the women who get caught in these affairs tend to blame their spouse for the affair. " you don't pay enough attention to me", "you don't make enough money" "you never listen to me". All these excuses sound quite selfish and is a menial way to put the blame on someone else. Ok, I know that some women own up to it, they deserve their medals, but for the ones who want to blame the spouse for her unfaithful ways, thats just immature. You're going on trips and boinking the boss while your husband is at home with the kids or just making sure everything is going well until you get back. Then you get back and act like everything is fine. Just living a lie. I know..men do the same too. Men always viewed women as the more level headed part of the relationship. Even though she can be emotional, she tends to make the better judgement in tight situations. We never think that she would cheat. NOT ANYMORE!!! Women are getting neck and neck with men in the cheating game. I always say, if you think you need to be with someone else outside of your relationship..then you don't need to be in a relationship.
LakesideDream Posted March 13, 2007 Posted March 13, 2007 There is another dynamic in play, that's more primal. Women in general are much more "nest" oriented. They stay in bad jobs longer than men, in fact they worry about maintaining status quo, much more than men. Few women are risk takers. I make no judgement on the above, as I believe that men and women are "different" way beyond genatalia.
