Huh?

Cheating is cheating. You can't be "sort of pregnant" either you are or you are not. Apply same logic into cheating.

Fact is, you DID cheat on your husband. You were selfish and only thought of yourself, meanwhile he DID have a right to be jealous. He probably figured that something was 'right' at home, got suspicious.

Own up to it, tell him the truth. Let him decide if he wants to stay married to you and give you a chance to make things right.

To be honest, it sounds like you got married when you really weren't ready.

all i could do was tell him how much i loved him and that cheating is something that i would not do to him knowingly

There is no excuse nor justifications for cheating. If your marriage sucks, DO something about it. Either fix it or end it! Choosing to cheat on your husband was the wrong thing to do.

Is this affair with your boss over?

that sucks for your husband. it seems hes picked up on these insecurities.

i notice you arent going to stop the affair any time soon?

i suggest you pull out of this marraige. you clearly are not committed to making it work, and it's not fair to your husband.

Well, if you're gonna try to split hair, do it properly!

You claim you didn't cheat, when in fact you cheated and then made it worse by lying straight to your husband's face. If you're looking for technicalities, you can't get more technical then that.

Geez, I thought we were getting another "I text cyber my ex" thread. You cheat, period! No getting out of this one.

Of course you're cheating - why would you even have a doubt that you're cheating?

i have cheated on him with my boss and i do regret that from happening but at the time it felt good so i didn't want it to end

What do you want to do about your marriage? Divorce? Stay together? Either way, you need to tell your husband you were cheating. You've been lying and making him feel like he's jealous for no reason and paranoid for no reason, when, if fact, he had EVERY reason. You can't get out of this without telling him and doing the work to repair your marriage or divorcing.

You did cheat and gaslight your husband like crazy. Since he didn't already trust you (and it seems for GOOD REASON) if you tell him now be prepared to be totally transparent about every single little thing you do from now until your judgement day.

If you don't expect a lifetime of guilt if you actually feel guilty over it but it doesn't sound from your post you really do. The whole I didn't stop because it was so good crap when your husband was onto you shows you were willing to risk your marriage over a cheap selfish thrill. To me that shows that you don't really respect your husband or your marriage.

Maybe it would be best if you told him because in all likelyhood it sounds like he knows something is up anyway. He has the right to decide if he wants to stay with you after the continued lies and betrayal.

Yup, it's the 21st Century. It isn't "really" cheating cause it feels so damn good. .... That's about right. Throw in a large dose of illiteracy and you have the perfect gal.

What guy wouldn't treasure her?

I could be completely off-base, of course, and you're not Tonia Hinson. If you are, and that's your real name, you might want to delete that from your signature.
