Guest Posted March 7, 2007 Posted March 7, 2007 My husband and I have been together for about 8 months ago (we tied the knot last month). I am having major problems trying to get him to understand just how much he means to me; he often says I am just telling him to boost his ego or that my actions are "pretending". I must admit that I am partially at fault because when we first dated there were a couple of things I was not honest with him about or didn't want to tell him (such as my experiences with past mates), but since I have told him the truth and been open and honest in everything he asks. I have always been a VERY private person, and I tried to explain that to him but he just doesnt understand why I am uncomfortable talking about things when all I see is it causing us more problems. Anyone have any advice?

Kwo-ne'-she Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 Some parts of the past, which have no real bearing on the future, are best left in a woman's heart.
