Just Dannie Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 Heya im Dannie new to forum! Only joined so i could be on this part of the website! Just wanted help and people to talk to about weight tbh! Im not really overweight! But i do have thunder theighs and abit of a belly on me! I've tryed like not eatting as much and eatting healthier and i've put more blummin weight on! I now go for walks and try exercise a little! How do you guys keep a flat stomach and nice theighs!! Dannie x
Pyro Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 Welcome to the shack. Just continue eating healthy and keep up with the exercising. Say no to fastfood, fried foods, and keep the drinking in check. You can't expect to see results right away, but don't get discouraged. P town? Is that Pittsburgh? One hell of a town. I''ll be making another trip there in a few weeks.

OJ is very good for you. Nothing wrong with some vitamin C, but water is definitely the best route to go. Peterborough? I had to look that up. So you are either Canadian, English, or a resident of New Hampshire.
