Are you a slave to your man?I am curious to how many women here do EVERYTHING around the house while their husbands/partner/boyfriend sits back and expects to be waited on.

I have one of these,I work full time!I am not married to this man,I support myself financially yet my guy comes home from work and plonks himself in front of the television while I go put the washing on,cook dinner, wash up after dinner, you name it!.

I am feeling like My Mother that was married to one of these traditional men that believe it is a womans place to do all the house work.

The other night my boyfriend after dinner was complaining of not having any work pants dry,it was not my fault he had not put them all in the wash and he then said to me,"why didn't you do the washing when you came home from work?" I was quite angry about this comment and said to him " because I had to clean a house and do other things when I come home as I have no one else to help me out!"...

Do you think he has a somewhat chauvenistic attitude of things? He works in a place where he gets very dirty and if all the stains don't come out of his shirts he makes comments,I am starting to feel like his mother and last night I went to bed and didn't bother to speak with him.

Am I expecting too much of this man if I believe he should be pulling his weight more around the place?
