beautifulearth83 Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 I don't know the situation or his/her situation completely, but I'd say a good thing to do is treat him/her like somebody who is a fellow human and less like somebody who needs help. Sometimes that's a good way to raise confidence and a sense of acceptance. Sometimes people just need to feel good enough. Unless he/she really needs serious help, then please advise.

All you can do is a be a supportive friend, it's up to your friend to decide to get help. You can encourage your friend, even help him/her make an appointment with the Dr, or help find a therapist... Google "healingwell" that site should help your friend.
