Forget About Her Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Here's the quick background: With 'Girl A' for almost 2 years. We had a great relationship at the begnining, but I think her depression and self problems consumed her which brought me down and made me extremely unhappy. I ended up starting a relationship with 'Girl B', and we have been seeing each other for the last 5 months. Girl A found out about Girl B and dumped me. A month later, Girl A comes back and says she realizes what her problems were, and how she drove me to do what I did, but she is not giving me an excuse for why I did it. Long story short... Girl A wants to get back together and work our problems out. Girl B is a great girl, very attractive, amazing in bed, funny, listens to my stories, but there is just something missing that I can't put my finger on. She is not the brightest bulb in the fixture, and I don't know if it would last in the long run with her, despite how good things are right now. I am still in love with Girl A. She is extremely smart, witty, funny, and we used to have a blast together. I feel like she may be more of a long term option, but I don't know if she is the right one either. I can't have both, and I don't want to date 2 girls again. Does anyone have any advice they can offer?????
stace79 Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Dump Girl B, quickly and completely. I have been that girl, and trust me, it sucks. I wish the guy had just cut me off completely and cleanly and gone back to his other 'love'. It would have made my life easier and I would have been able to move on faster. Trust me, she will cry and be upset and hurt, but REALLY you are doing her a favor in the long run, and one day she will know that. I promise.
