Guest Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 Girl and Guy have been talking online for a few months. Guy asks Girl out online, knowing that he doesn't know her nor has he seen her picture. Also knowing that they both live miles away -two different cities. Both enjoy each other's company. Guy is a very genuine, intelligent and funny person (Girl knows this). Guy has talked to her about how he feels ...that it is illogical to feel this way about her, but his emotions feel so right and he can't bury them anymore. He is interested in getting to know her ...to see where it may lead to. Girl has been going through a very difficult time in her life. She is scared to get close to him and date him because she is ashamed... and embarrassed to reveal her life, herself to him ...and potentially fall in love with him. Girl absolutely doesn't want to hurt him nor take advantage of him. Does the Guy sound real? Should she trust him? Please tell me... Could this work out? What should she tell him? Should she just maintain a friendship with him? Any advice would be much appreciated.
