I'm talking about someone you were in a LTR or were married to. If you are with someone else that you love, how often do you think about your ex? Have you found someone that you love as much or more, or will they always be the one you loved the most?

I did have a LTR and it's like he's always with me at the back of my head. It's supposed to fade away in time. Don't really think it does. Good luck to you.

Remember you are thinking, it's all in your head. You have the power to block them. Have you found someone that you love as much or more, or will they always be the one you loved the most? tac719 Posted April 23, 2004 Posted April 23, 2004 I love my wife more than anything. But my first love has never actually left my mind. I still have dreams (innocent) about her every now and then. I don't know why. I do know it is a fictitious thought process and the current truth about her is probably completely different. I think part of the problem was that I never really had closier with her. She and I remained good friends after I left for college, but I stopped contact with her after I met my first wife. I talked to her for about 3 hrs after I split with my ex after 9yrs. I kinda wish I hadn't because that has only helped her memory to remain. She was seeing someone so we never hooked up.
