one goal
Hey everyone. The girl I asked out last week who gave me her number that is. Last week she said she was busy. Anyways I didnt get a chance to talk to her after class because she was talking on her cell phone on her way to the car. So should I just go ahead and call her then? The number isnt fake because I did a reverse lookup on it and it said cell number. If she was interested would she have told me by now?
2sure
Sure why not? She gave you her # right? Call her. If she is not busy and is interested she will go or at least give you a call back. If she is too busy or just not interested enough, you havent lost anything including your pride.
Author one goal
So I called her cell number, and it is a real number!! I got her voice mail so it is her. Anyways My cell phone shows up as unlisted so she wont know I called her. So when should I call her again? Should I have left a message? I mean if she wasnt interested she wouldnt have given me her real number right?
Cherry Blossom 35
I can see where this thread is headed.... If she wants to go out with you, great. If she declines a date, Onegoal, then you can't call her again. That is the end of it. As for now, why did you block your number when you called? Why not just call and leave a message? If she is interested she will call back. If she isn't, then there is nothing you can do to change that.
Author one goal
Stupid me. I just checked, and my caller id was off. So when I called her my number shows up as unlisted. So she wont know who called now. I'll call her again later.
carhill
There's a reason why they call it 'voice mail'

I just noticed it was off. I never touched, it i think its factory setting. I tured it on now so when I call later she will know whos calling. Mistake on my part.

MattyTee
Lots of people call and don't, so if you are interested call again and leave one. If she's not interested you haven't lost anything (pride's overrated anyway)

I answered this already. Some girls, when put on the spot, feel bad saying no. Maybe she didn't realize you were interested in her like that. Maybe they were on the verge of breaking up. Who the hell knows. The point is - she told you she is not interested.

BobSacamento
Dude sometimes people just panic on the spot. I've blurted out my number to some beached whale before. I was like "Oh my god, what did I just do...." Look at this way - at least she texted back. And hey maybe she still wants to hang out. It's always good to have a lot of friends who are women because where there a women with Bf's, there are single, jealous friends of those women just dying for a date And now the awkward moment of seeing her in class is on the horizon! Please fill us in on the details!

D-Lish
Just ignore her- why does anything need to be said?
dreamergrl
It really wont be awkward, unless you tell her your stalked her myspace. All she did was turn you down. Really if you wanted, since she 'just let you know incase you were interested in her like that, she has a boyfriend' you can play it off as you weren't even interested in her. Author one goal
Should I reply back to that text message? Tell her ok, but Im still want to be friends with her because i like her?
likestolaugh
no see you don't want to be friends with her. You want to date her. Big difference right there...
