Big butts are in!!! My butt gets alot of attention when I am out. I would settle for a round butt than a non-existant butt.

 

Since you want to lose it..I would suggest the treadmill. That is a good healthy exercise. Do lunges too. I think that helps..I think.

I was curious why you wanted a "bumless" apprearance, meaning no bum at all. :confused:

 

Plain old walking is great for toning the bum. Biking works those muscles as well.

 

Men like big bootys. I'm pregnant, and because of that, mine has grown alot. My bf just loves it and keeps expressing how sad he is going to be when I lose it. :laugh:

The best thing you can do is eat healthy, eat as little junk food as possible and exercise on a daily basis.

Take the above advice about diet and exercise if you need to lose fat, which often ends up on a butt. But(t) the best thing you can do is rejoice in your Butt-ness.

 

I just had a long conversation with some guy friends of mine who are insecure about their Big (in their opinions) butts, and I was flabbergasted by how much they hated their butts. which in my female opinion, are gorgeous. They are both of Polish ancestry, by the way, and butts are part of the package there. Same for many other ethnic groups such as Portuguese, Italian, African, etc etc.

 

Butts are in, whether you are male or female. The bigger the cushion, the harder the pushin'. Rejoice. And Push. Ah....:love:

You cannot spot-reduce fat. You just need to diet. The butt and abdomen are typically some of the last places to lose fat, so dieting might take some time. I suggest full-body weight training such as squats, deadlifts, powercleans, military presses. Squats and lunges will realy work to tone your butt out but that tone wont come out without lowering your BF%.
