WELL EVERYONE...........I GOT A REAL GOOD JOB THAT I LOVE!!!!!!! The pay is great (10,000 more) and the people are even better!!! I really love it! I still think that I should have deserved a bit more money but I am going to let him see that I know what I am doing and in 6 months I am going to ask him re-evaluate my salary and see if I deserve more. What do you think?

That is GREAT!!! I'm really happy for you! It's so important to be at a job that you love (and ofcourse making more $$ helps!)

 

Isn't there a certain amount of time, like probation people go on at the beginning of a new job? I'm sure during your first evaluation pay issues will come up, so you can mention it then.

I will...I did not mention it when we talked about salary but I HAVE to mention it once we talk about how I will file for taxes. Hopefully we can come to an agreement :)
