Adults that sneak around to meet up in hotels DON'T just go there to talk. Come on....deep down, you know this.

She had sex with him every single time she's been with him.

She wants your security and stability. She wants him for sex.

Dump her. And DO NOT MARRY HER!!!

You are blind, oh so blind. She is using you. Without your support, life is going to suck for her and she knows this. The reality is, she really doesn't want to be with you but has to out of convenience.
OP, read the above over and over. It hits the nail on the head.

I'll make it shorter for you:

She did cheat on you, and when you forgave her the very first time even though you did not think she did, you taught her that you would always be there for her. You gave her the green light to continue to cheat.

Sorry. Kick her a$$ down the road for good.

OP, I think you are hearing only what you want to hear from this woman. She says they "only talked" so you believe that. Why would you trust a single word that she says?
I understand that you have been together 5 years and have children but Jack is not going to go away. Cut her loose and stop listening to her lies. People don't go to hotel rooms to talk, they go to the coffee shop.
How long did Jack have the room booked for? She knew he was coming and made arrangements- behind your back, to see him. She knew the whole time she was going to his room and it was not spontaneous. The whole thing was planned. After a gig? Drinking and music? Yeah..........right. My husband is a musician and I can tell you we don't sit up talking on gig night!!

Hi OP, adults ( a man and a woman) do not lie in bed just to talk. They do other things like having sex multiple times and having orgasmic highs and getting intimate in other ways. If you believe otherwise then, as they say, I have a ticket to heaven to sell you. Listen to the others. Warm wishes.

I'm sorry OP but your girl is a ho. Get away from her. You deserve someone who still has their dignity.
