Let that one come after you've known her a while. It's enough to show up on time, be pleasant, interesting conversation, walk her to her car and text her later than you had a great time. Unfortunately in this day & age such gestures -- flowers on a 1st date, even a single stem -- are not well received. Some women will be scared & overwhelmed. Others will think you are trying too hard. Better safe then sorry. Don't start with flowers. Wait a while; maybe on your 5th date or after you have been intimate. Link to post Share on other sites
