mortensorchid Posted August 14, 2012 Share Posted August 14, 2012 The other week I was out at a local restaurant for a MeetUp group I have become friendly with. An older crowd, in their 50s or so. I was hoping to meet Mr. RIght or Mr. Right Now at the very least through it this summer, but that's not going to happen. But I digress ... One gal was telling me that her friend is down in the dumps. Her husband left her after 25 years for a stripper in her 20s. I said I was sorry to hear that, but there is a bright side. She could've gone her whole life not knowing it, and that because the guy would rather have trash than a good woman he's not much to begin with. Sad, very sad, yet not an uncommon story.
