Can only speak for when they do it to me--they almost always look away. Women would be able to better tell you what men do, men what women do.

I can only speak for myself, but I usually look away. I get a little shy once I realize they know I have an eye on them.

If I'm feeling sassy, I'll smile a little smile and then look away.
