How often should one say "hi" or smile? A new guy just joined the company and although we don't work together, we've had brief chats and he always puts on a nice smile when he sees me - EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've noticed most people in the workplace don't do that. Is he just being polite? Is there a subtle way I can tell him I might be interested? Link to post Share on other sites
