This question is more like a "survey", as I've been in this situation a couple of times, but am not sure how to read into it -- or maybe I shouldn't "read" into it at all. There is a guy at work (who I find very attractive) who seems to enjoy teasing me in front of others.. Sometimes in fact the teasing is not very nice like he's trying to embarass me -- or just giving me a hard time about stupid things like what I'm wearing or something like that. However the teasing seems to only occur in the presence of others, and I don't see him treating the other women in the office this way. If I see him alone in the hall of lunch room, etc.. he seems very serious, down to business and almost shy. He is not my boss -- we are peers. The teasing doesn't bother me and I usually just laugh about it. How do you think he feels about me? a) He truly thinks I'm goofy and enjoys pointing it out to others b) He is interested in me c) It means nothing -- and teasing is just how he likes to interact Link to post Share on other sites

He's probably got some mild self-esteem issues, hence the fact that he's shy when it's one-on-one with you but in the presence of others he's compelled to make fun of you. I'd say he likes you, for sure. To what degree, i'm not sure. But he definately enjoys you in some way, being around you etc. If he was insulting and teasing towards other gals in the office, i'd say he just likes being an ass. But since it's just you, there has to be something more there and he doesn't know how to handle it. He gets nervous so he has to be silly and make fun of you. Link to post Share on other sites
