BlueSoul Posted September 28, 2007 Posted September 28, 2007 Why is it always that I'm somehow the unlucky one? Why is it that I can't independantly do things which are right, socialising for instance. Specifically, every time when I'm in a group and then the next time the whole member (except me) are absent and I would have to be in another group. Literally, that happens to me every time, no joke. It's like some super natural force hexed me. It's just not fair, I don't get it at all, why is that I'm always the unlucky one (I don't really believe in luck but just using the term for preference)? Why, I ask? Is the wicked one toying me?
Aintayankee Posted September 28, 2007 Posted September 28, 2007 You aren't a yankee. So you are luckier than all of them.

Moai Posted September 29, 2007 Posted September 29, 2007 Look up selective thinking and confirmation bias.
