How to increase appetite?

I'm currently working out, but planning to work out harder and more.

I also currently do not eat as much as I should, and was wondering how I could increase my appetite.

 

 

I don't feel like eating anything in the morning, but I have to forcefully make myself eat atleast SOMETHING, or else I'd feel bad the whole day knowing I hadn't eaten in the morning.

 

 

Advice?
