Anyone have any suggestions for toning up abs at home without any equiptment. I already do a lot of crunches, but I was just wondering if there's anything else.

There are a bunch of cruch positions to do, also try going into the crunch position and hold it as long as possible.

V sit: sit your bum on the floor bend your knees, straighten lower legs so they are

paralle to the floor squeese ab muscles and hold position for a count of 30 .

Scissor Kick: Lay flat on back pu hand flat under hallow of back, hold legs up off of

the floor and fan legs up and down like kicking when swimming.

Bicycle Kick: Same as above except pump legs back and forth as riding a bicycle.

? Unsure of the name: Get into position as though you are going to do push ups,

put elbows and forearms flat on ground under your thorso,

keeping body straight hold yourself up for a count of 30.

(don't do if you have a bad back)

Sit ups and side sit ups.

Don't do situps and sitesitups if i have a bad back? It's not that I have a bad back, it's just that I was told I shouldn't do situps(they do make my back hurt). But my chiropractor said all you need to do is a crunch to do the same thing, but I dont know if that's true.

Getting abs to come through is all about diet! You have to loose bodyfat, and you cant just lose bodyfat around the waist. So diet, do cardio, and lift weights hard.
