Getting Enough Energy....

Last week was my first week of the gym and I totally love it. I found that my attitude has really changed for the best and my energy level went sky rocketing. Anyways, after the gym I feel really really good. I have enough energy, but then after awhile I tend to loose it where I feel really tired and not motivated to do anything. What's up with that? But as far as the gym goes, it has really done some wonders. Not so much on my shape yet but just on my attitude. Other then that, what should I do about the weakening of the energy level? PLEASE HELP.
