georgejungle
Still been having some slight knuckle pain. Where the finger meets the palm. my index knuckles. They just feel tight in the morning and my hands for that matter feel tight and swollen sometimes in the morning. Just grabbing the trash to take out i'll feel some weakness. They don't throb all day long, but the joints just feel a little uncomfortable and sore after i've been doing too much. Should I be on more Calcium? Vitamin E? More Water? Less Salt? Not sure. I plan on going to see the doctor, but it's not a super painful thing that needs attention ASAP. however, playing my piano, i can feel a strain that i NEVER felt before and I don't want to make things any worse. any insight would be appreciated

Nevermind
I agree with Lizzie. It could be lots of things, from an infection to a strained muscle to a slighty dislocated joint. See a doctor, until you do avoid movement that increases the pain. Tell us what it was.
