He was having issues with dating at work, and he tried it and he was liking it, but then got scared and decided it would be better not dating at work but if we didn't work together we would see each other. SO....at work he can get affectionate sometimes and then other times be a jerk (affectionate by meaning when we're alone he hugs me or become really flirtatious. But then again, when he is feeling grouchy he acts kind of distant. OK...at one point I did ask what is going on, are we seeing each other or not? He said if we didn't work together. Ok, fine. Now that we are being bought out, he seems more stressed out and I keep taking it (or reading maybe more into it than necessary) that he is acting jerky. So what should I do?
