Tin Posted September 25, 2001 Posted September 25, 2001 I would like to learn more about the usual financial scams. A lot of my clinets come to me with some very strange requests. Can anyone help? e.g. people are talking about arranging standby letter of credit. Do they work? I have wroked in my department as AVP for 3 years. I might not know all the answer, but at least I am willing to learn. If you know so much about these scams, please explain them to me.
