I told her many times I want a serious relationship but she doesn't want to take it to there, but doesn't want to break of her friendship with me either. How can I get rid of her without hurting her? The only reason she wants to 'remain friends' with you is just in case if in future she decides she wants something serious and she can have you to fall back on. Don't be taken advantage of.
